The Menvier-JSB division of Cooper Lighting and Security Ltd has opened a new technical support centre at its Doncaster site to provide customers with advice on a wide range of issues relating to fire detection and emergency lighting systems.
As well as answering queries from consultants and contractors about Menvier and JSB branded products, the centre's technically qualified staff are able to guide callers through the maze of legislation and standards covering these safety-critical systems. In addition, the centre offers estimates and quotations for emergency lighting and fire detection systems.
The technical support centre is headed by Brian Lake, who has worked for Menvier for 13 years and has over 30 years' experience in the fire, security and emergency lighting sectors.
