Cooper Lighting and Security has launched a major new A4 lighting catalogue that brings together all the lighting products manufactured by the company under its Crompton Lighting, Menvier and JSB brands.
Entitled 'Lighting Solutions', the 480-page full-colour catalogue is a truly comprehensive handbook of contemporary lighting technology, ranging from emergency luminaires and central battery systems to architectural luminaires and lighting control systems.
As well as providing a valuable source of information for anyone involved in designing, specifying or installing commercial or industrial lighting, the catalogue features over 25 new product ranges and a further eight that have been significantly revised or augmented.
The various sections of the catalogue are colour coded for ease of use, and each one has its own contents page with thumbnail photographs to facilitate product selection.
Every product entry follows a common format consisting of an introductory page - with a large photograph, a brief description, a list of key features and details of typical applications - followed by one or more pages of technical specifications, diagrams, illustrations, photometric data and ordering information.
At the back of the catalogue is a technical section containing a wealth of useful information and advice, including design guides, emergency lighting spacing tables, details of lighting standards and Building Regulations, lamp data and a glossary of commonly used lighting terminology.
