Cooper Lighting and Security has expanded its Crompton Lighting product range with the introduction of the Moduspec T5 semi-recessed modular luminaire.
Developed to help lighting designs meet the latest criteria for offices where VDTs are used, the new luminaire combines efficient louvre-controlled downlighting with a gently lit ceiling-wash effect created by a prismatic lens and perforated panel arrangement.
Moduspec T5 is equipped with high-frequency control gear as standard and is available with either three or four 14W T5 fluorescent lamps and a choice of mirror- or satin-finish Xenoptic anodised-aluminium louvres.
Suitable for lay-in and draw-up applications in exposed 'T', concealed fix and metal pan ceilings, this 600 x 600mm luminaire features a shallow recessing depth of only 85mm.
The Moduspec T5 range includes fully integral emergency versions with or without self-test facilities, and all four-lamp models can be specified with Crompton Intellect lighting control technology if required.
Also available is a fully recessed version of the luminaire with either solid or perforated feature panels.
