Cooper Lighting and Security Ltd announced today the acquisition of Clarity Lighting Ltd and LEDStorm Ltd (together ‘Clarity Lighting’) of Weston Super Mare, south west UK.

Clarity Lighting are manufacturers of high quality LED based architectural lighting products and resellers of LED components.

This strategic acquisition will allow Clarity Lighting’s technology and products to further enhance Cooper Lighting and Security’s Axent range of architectural lighting, improving our capabilities and expanding an already impressive product portfolio.
