Under the terms of the Lightswitch 2000 scheme, small and medium sized enterprises have until 31st March 2001 to obtain rebates against energy-saving products, including a wide range manufactured by the Crompton Lighting division of Cooper Lighting and Security.
Designed to promote the use of lighting controls and energy-efficient luminaires, Lightswitch 2000 enables organisations to apply to the Energy Saving Trust for a rebate against an intended installation using energy-saving products that have been registered by the lighting manufacturer.
All Crompton Lighting energy-saving products have been registered on the scheme, including HF control versions of luminaires, intelligent luminaires and stand-alone lighting controls.
