Lux Magazine gives Litex LED 5 stars

Feb 26, 2013

You don’t have to just take our word for it, Lux Magazine have taken the Litex LED and put it through its paces for it to come out of the other side with a ‘well designed and adaptable’ verdict, giving it the esteemed  5 star rating.

Taken from the March 2013 edition of Lux Magazine:

Adaptability and flexibility are the key characteristics of this unit from Cooper. LED modules, each emitting about 3,670 lm, are added to the gear compartment and you can have one, two, three, four or more modules, achieving at least 14,000 lm output. As you can see from the photo, the luminaire is narrow and Cooper has an ‘aisle reflector’ option in which the beam aligns with the length of the fitting so it can be used in long, narrow spaces. The standard unit is rated at IP65, so it has an advantage over many competing luminaires in damp and dusty areas. Just released is an IP20 version with remote gear that allows even more LED modules to be added.

VERDICT: Well designed and adaptable
